These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneShot application and related services ("Service") operated by MSEcom LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using OneShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use OneShot. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are operated by individuals under 18.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to keep your profile current. You may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or using false identities is a violation of these Terms.
OneShot offers a Pro subscription for $30.00 per month, billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price each month until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time.
All payments are processed by Stripe via the Polsia platform. OneShot does not store or have access to your payment card information.
You agree not to use OneShot to:
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination without notice.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to OneShot (photos, bio, messages, and other information you provide). By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating OneShot. This license terminates when you delete your account and content.
You represent that you own or have the right to post all content you submit, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
OneShot facilitates introductions between users but does not guarantee any outcome from use of the Service. Mutual swipes create a "match"; matched users may exchange messages through the platform. We do not monitor, review, or endorse messages exchanged between users.
OneShot may include AI-generated conversation starters and interactions with AI personas. AI personas are clearly identified as such. You may encounter AI personas in your swipe queue; interacting with them does not create a real-world relationship.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Users may delete their account and request removal of their personal data at any time per our Privacy Policy.
OneShot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: MSEcom LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
By using OneShot, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This arbitration clause does not prevent you from filing a complaint with a consumer protection agency. If you are a resident of a jurisdiction that requires different dispute resolution provisions, those provisions apply to the extent required by applicable law.
Note: This arbitration clause is boilerplate. Before running paid ads or serving users in regulated jurisdictions, consult a qualified attorney to review this agreement for your specific legal exposure.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify active users via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of OneShot after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
